healthy enough..

woke up and made HOMEMADE MAPLE AND BROWN SUGAR OATS
betta than da instant stuff
sooo good. so so goood.
make it please
1/4 oats 1/4 bran 1/2 vanilla soy 1/4 water 2 splenda maple extract vanilla
ZAP IN DA MIKE
top with brown sugaaaa and mm smart balance
AND ZAP AGAIN!

i legit wore my tights to church today
i was that excited

i packed a little fuel

my wawa, 2 BABY apples (SO TINY SO CUTE), a serving of pistachios, and a powerade zero. GENIUS
my nutritionist has taught me well
i am so sore already. woah wait til tomorrow!

  1. congrats on being able to dance again!!! i got to my doctor in a week and im hoping a get cleared to do some exercise i will be so so happy. not to burn calories but honestly for sanity. haha dancing is amazing though, i would totally do it if i was any good lol. well your oats look great, def trying that for breakfast tmr. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK BABE.
